Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
Develop and execute monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales forecasts, customer demand, and business priorities.
Prepare and monitor detailed manufacturing schedules for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Liquid manufacturing operations.
Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity, equipment, and manpower to maximize operational efficiency.
Track production plan adherence, identify scheduling deviations, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
