Job Description
Hepmil Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support the Finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, handling payables, supporting tax compliance, and preparing essential financial reports.
What Youll Do
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and statements for management and stakeholders.
- Ensures timely preparation of Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT)
- Ensures that a duplicate copy of withholding tax certificates (acknowledged by supplier) is attached to corresponding payments
- Reviews payments to suppliers every Friday and issue Certificate of Withholding Tax (CWT)
- Verifies employees' Cash Advances and Statement of Expenses and Liquidation in accordance with company policies and guidelines
