*What is the job about?**
As a Senior Finance Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, compliant financial reporting for Grundfos entities. You will be at the heart of performance reporting (based on IFRS) and statutory/tax statements (based on local GAAP), driving accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement.
*Your main responsibilities:** Lead end‑to‑end reporting cycles – from accurate monthly and year-end closing to statutory financial statements for legal entities, including managing our statutory outsourcing partner. Uphold compliance excellence – strengthen the quality of our financial reporting through advanced analysis, risk assessment, and ongoing simplification and optimization of processes. Be a trusted business partner – assess compliance aspects in business cases and projects in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
