Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Operations Head (Sr. GM) to lead overall plant operations for a USFDA-approved OSD manufacturing facility in Goa. The role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, productivity, quality standards, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end site operations including Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain coordination.
