Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative strategy and delivery for executive communications, partnering closely with senior leaders to translate complex business information into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Serve as a design subject matter expert and mentor within Marketing, setting standards for executive storytelling, visual quality, and brand alignment.
- Design and produce high-stakes executive materials, including walking decks, business reviews, investment cases, and board-ready presentations.
- Own visual communication for enterprise-wide marketing forums, including monthly all-team meetings, internal campaigns such as Marketing Wins, and training or onboarding materials.
- Oversee digital design strategy for internal marketing platforms, including the Marketing SharePoint site, ensuring usability, accessibility, and strong visual engagement.
