Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for all Human Resources issues and provide prompt and accurate advice and direction to management on employee issues to ensure the consistent application of policies in compliance with legal requirements and company practice. Maintain familiarity with a variety of Alorica's concepts, practices, and procedures. Partner with Sr Executives to provide cohesive thought leadership around human capital management, succession planning, engagement, and talent management. Consult with management in managing employee performance to improve retention. Collaborate with Human Resources leadership team to ensure that programs and initiatives are communicated and implemented across the company.Qualifications
