Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is a fast‑growing leader in Integrated Power Semiconductors and Systems Power delivery architectures. We invite you to join our EU HR team as a Senior HR Partner, supporting Switzerland and Germany.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR Operations for Switzerland and Germany.
- Support the full employee life‑cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and offboarding.
- Act as trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
- Work closely with HR Operations team on process improvements and Workday projects.
- Ensure compliance with local labor law, company policies and internal processes.
- Support end‑to‑end recruiting activities for assigned locations.
Requirements
- Solid experience in an HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss and German employment regulation.
