Essential Job Functions

• Consult with HR manager to determine HRIS needs.
• Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management by performing audits on processes.
• Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues.
• Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports.
• Perform application upgrades, as well as and provide training and technical support.
• Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
• Collects, analyzes, updates, and distributes all HR records as needed including but not limited to position descriptions, evaluation documents, job postings, and governmental forms.
• Manages processes related to unemployment compensation, Worker's Compensation, disability and FMLA.
