Job Responsibilities
Primary Tasks
- Overall Capacity modelling/planning/expenditures for the filter business.
- Works with planning, manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to ensure demand is met.
- Review capacity model, understanding the constraints and track cycle to cycle capacity changes.
- Identify bottle‑neck process and work out capacity improvement projects with cross‑functional teams and/or CapEx for capacity ramping/ expansion for the Filter business.
- Review capital and cashflow requirements, driving activities to improve capital efficiency and reduce cost.
- Conduct time study and update processes cycle time.
- Lead and drive cross functional teams to continuously improve OEE, cycle time and processes.
- Identify process and operation inefficiencies in order to propose solutions for optimization and improvement.
