Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our Calypso Development team in Hong Kong. This team supports a wide range of business areas across Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, and Equity Derivatives, working closely with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Production Support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance functionality within the Calypso platform to meet business requirements
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to Calypso
- Optimize system performance and improve existing applications
- Participate in system integrations and migration projects
- Follow development best practices, including version control, testing, and release management
- Prepare technical documentation and support materials
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions
