Direct packaging functions of assigned equipment center.Provide guidance and troubleshoot equipment in assigned work center. Ensure correct and timely completion of all necessary production paperwork. Train and develop new operators to efficiently and safely operate equipment.Ensure quality and food safety GMPs are adhered to.Assist Team Lead in covering task assignments for machine operators.
