Key Stakeholders: Account managers, Hub Leads, Clients and their teams

What this job involves
- High level of independence – work independently without close supervision and deliver consistent, qualitative Lease Administration services for JLL clients.
- Act as the primary contact for all parties to keep lease administration database current and accurate.
- Liaise with internal parties to obtain lease documentation, manage document workflow, and work closely with other Lease Administration teams to ensure workload is completed timely and accurately.
Highest qualitative delivery
- Generate monthly reporting packages that include critical dates and portfolio summaries.
