Scope: Regional Commercial + Local Compliance + Global Strategic Projects
Role Objective
This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned legal executive to manage the full commercial lifecycle for the Asia region while serving as the primary compliance lead for the Johor manufacturing facility. Additionally, you will drive global legal operations through Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives and ensure seamless stakeholder alignment across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Commercial Contracting (Asia)
- Commercial Lifecycle: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of all commercial contracts across Asia, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and complex procurement contracts.
