Mechanics Bank is currently searching for a Sr. Lending Advisor to join our team. Here at Mechanics Bank, we value connection, partnership, long term relationships and working together in person. This role will be working on-site in either our Bakersfield, Fresno, Napa, Sacramento, or San Luis Obispo offices.
Originates new residential mortgage loans. Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, builders and other referral partners in order to develop and retain existing business and new mortgage lending business for the bank, including conventional residential mortgage and a strong portfolio product line.Develops effective referral sources to generate loans.
