Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of cutting‑edge Generative AI applications and scalable AI platforms. This is a high-impact technical leadership role for professionals passionate about LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and production‑grade AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and scale GenAI applications and AI platforms
- Develop ML pipelines, deploy NLP/deep learning models, and optimize performance using LoRA/QLoRA
- Build reusable frameworks for deployment, monitoring, tracing, and alerting
- Implement AI guardrails, compliance workflows, and production rollout strategies
- Work on advanced GenAI workflows including RAG, model chaining, dynamic prompting, PEFT/SFT
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver impactful AI solutions
- Mentor teams and drive best practices in ML engineering and MLOps
