Job Location: Memphis, TN * Summary:* The Hershey Company Memphis plant is a non-union plant producing products such as Icebreakers Gum, Ice Breakers Mints, Breath Saver Mints, and Good N Plenty Licorice. In a high-speed complex environment. The Sr Manager Technical Assurance’s role is to ensure the reliability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the plants manufacturing assets and infra-structure. This responsibility includes all site property, buildings, and utility systems. This role provides leadership and management of site technical resources, including engineering, maintenance, information systems, facility, and utility personnel, as well as accountability for technical third-party labor services. The Sr Manager Technical Assurance is the plant lead for all engineering, project development, and project execution activities, including development and management of the site capital plan and has overall budgetary responsibility.
