Job Description This manager is responsible for achieving team sales goals within a defined geographic area. As the primary level sales manager, the person in this position is also responsible for the day-to-day activities of the field sales organization.
Responsibilities
Develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.
Review and approve or reject sales agreements based on factors such as profitability.
May have direct selling responsibility in key accounts.
Coach and mentor sales representatives.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 8 years related experience.
Must have an understanding of the business impact of sales contracts and selling expenses.
