- 10+ years of experience in creative copywriting, agency environments.
- Proven experience developing concept-driven campaigns with a strong portfolio.
- Experience collaborating with art directors and designers.
- Strong briefs, positioning, and insight-driven ideation.
- Experience leading or mentoring writers and contributing to a high-performing creative team.
- Ability to present and sell ideas clearly to cross-functional partners.
