- Define and evolve Talabats long-term 3PL vision and translate it into scalable forward-looking quarterly roadmaps. Stay ahead of market shifts (e.g. competition regulation tech) continuously improving our 3PL operating model. Build high-value strategic partnerships that elevate service quality reduce cost-per-order and lock 100% compliance with Talabats evolving standards.
- Own rider supply strategy end-to-end: align cross-functional forecasts with partner onboarding capacity launch supply surges ahead of demand peaks and proactively build a buffer for market disruptions. Balance short-term agility with long-term supply resilience.
