The Sr Manager, Electrical Engineering is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of electrical and digital systems engineering across White River Marine Group. This role defines technical direction, system architecture, and organizational priorities to ensure delivery of integrated, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
This leader oversees engineering execution through Managers and Leads, ensuring alignment across programs, effective resource utilization, and development of a high-performing engineering organization.
