Sr. Manager, Facilities Maintenance & Construction

The Senior Manager, Facilities Maintenance - Construction is responsible for leading all construction-related trades (metal, construction, paint, and staff shop) with a primary focus on building a disciplined, data-driven maintenance operation. This role will shift the organization from a predominantly reactive model to a proactive, preventative maintenance program, while ensuring all reactive work is executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.



Responsibilities


Trades Operations Leadership
+ Lead daily operations across all trades (metal, construction, paint, staff shop)
+ Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards for supervis ion and crews
