Sr. Manager, Global Assembly Capital Procurement – responsible for leading the development and execution of end‑to‑end category strategies for assigned spend areas in a global manufacturing environment. This role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial expertise, and people leadership.
Build and Execute Strategic Sourcing and Category Management Plan for Assigned Categories- Develop and execute holistic category strategies based on business needs, market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and total cost of ownership (TCOO).
- Identify and deliver cost savings through category‑specific levers, process improvements, and sourcing initiatives.
- Define and monitor category targets, including cost, compliance, risk, quality, and supplier performance.
