Role Title: Sr Manager, Global Procurement - Oils Location: Zug, Switzerland * Summary of major duties:* * Own Category Sourcing Strategy To Drive Growth and Strategic Advantage* Responsible for the development, implementation and performance of the Oils Category Sourcing Strategy, to: * Source requirements across Hershey and BFY brands that meet current and future business needs across Sustainable, Reliable and Affordable; * Manage the assessment, selection and development of strategic suppliers to meet requirements and performance kpis; * Ensure appropriate agreements and contracts are in place, to provide the necessary safeguards, and manages against these contracts; * Research developing technologies, supply chain capacity/capabilities, and supply/demand challenges. * Financial Delivery and Price Risk Management* Develop risk management strategies through the use of forward contracts, futures & derivative tools that ensure price visibility in alignment with the company’s ...
