Product Development Team Leader – High Bandwidth Memory (PDTL)

As a Product Development Team Leader (PDTL) for High Bandwidth Memory, you will lead the introduction, ramp and high‑volume production success of our groundbreaking HBM products designed to deliver the lowest power per bit solutions in the fields of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Technical Leadership: Lead HBM program requirements and success criteria document (SCD) definition, Commit Convergence, Engineering Commit Review (ECR) and integration with Stage Gate and provide deliverables.
- Program Management & Reviews: Deliver product milestones and sample commits on schedule; oversee logistical direction and execution across multi‑functional teams; lead critical program reviews with executives and ratify key decisions.
