Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Lubricants Products is accountable for the end‑to‑end commercial performance of UFA’s lubricants portfolio across UFA's retail and direct‑to‑customer channels. This role owns product assortment decisions, supplier relationships, pricing and margin performance, and go‑to‑market strategy, while partnering closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to drive profitable growth for the category. The role has a strong B2B growth mandate while maintaining ownership and performance oversight of the B2C business. Success requires deep technical lubricants expertise, strong industry relationships, and the ability to convert market insight into clear commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead product assortment, pricing and promotional strategies for lubricants, including private label and branded offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs, sales and margin objectives, and UFA’s strategic priorities.
