About the Role

You will lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the enterprise-wide Office Automation platform. This role is critical in ensuring operational continuity, scalability, and alignment with business and compliance requirements across life insurance functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Platform Development & Maintenance

  • Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle for Office Automation tools (workflow engines, document management, approval systems, etc.).
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability to support BAU operations across departments.
