Sr. Manager - PMS Distribution | Capitalmind Wealth Location: Bangalore Role Mandate Own and build the distribution engine for Capitalminds PMS business, with a clear mandate to scale AUM, deepen market penetration, and institutionalize a high-quality client and partner acquisition model. This role is accountable not just for sales outcomes, but for creating a repeatable, scalable distribution architecture across channels - intermediated and institutional. Key Responsibilities 1. Distribution Strategy & Revenue Ownership Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for PMS products across HNI/UHNI and corporate segments Own end-to-end AUM growth, net inflows, and revenue targets Identify high-potential markets, client segments, and product-market fit opportunities Translate investment strategies into compelling distribution narratives 2.
