Senior Manager, Procurement – Biologics Category
The Global Innovative Medicine (IM) Supply Chain Procurement team seeks a Senior Manager to lead the global procurement of biologics direct materials used in large molecule drug substance manufacturing. The position will be based in U.S. (Titusville, NJ), Ireland (Cork), or Switzerland (Zug). The role is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three on‑site days per week with flexible remote options.
Position Summary
As part of the procurement organization, the manager drives and supports spend performance across reliability, innovation, cost, supply network readiness, and corporate citizenship. The core responsibility is ensuring the resilience of biologics material for the R&D pipeline while fostering strategic supplier relationships that maximize value for Johnson & Johnson.
