Job Description
**Position Purpose:**
This position oversees the day to day management of real estate developments within a division from the strategic selection process of sites through acquisition and preparation for construction. In addition, this position will assist the Real Estate Director with the planning and execution of Home Depot's real estate strategy within a division. Perform special projects and financial analysis as required. Interface with division leadership on critical market issues.

+ Keen focus on maintaining development schedules and capital spend.
+ Working closely with operators on administration of existing asset portfolio.
+ Creating value through excess property disposition and lease renegotiations.
+ Leading development teams and/or vendors (i.e. Brokers, Developers, Engineers, Architects, etc.).
+ Anchoring or co-anchoring retailer or shopping center development.
