Job Summary:
The Senior Legal Manager will act as an independent legal advisor and the primary contact for relevant legal issues. Responsibilities include managing all legal affairs in Japan and the Outdoor & Recreation Segment operating in the Asia-Pacific region, addressing a wide range of legal matters such as contract review and negotiation; providing advice on marketing and advertising claims; regulatory compliance advice; administering legal topics training; supporting the company data privacy program; and assisting with key strategic initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, and ecommerce matters; supporting supply chain activities, HR & supporting functions, and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the managing counsel APAC.
