As Sr. Manager, Training & Enablement, you will lead the development and execution of sales training and enablement strategies that improve productivity, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen sales capabilities across the customer lifecycle.
You thrive at the intersection of sales strategy, learning design, coaching, and operational execution—building scalable programs that drive real behavior change and business impact. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure employees have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
