This role supports heavy industrial equipment and requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands‑on repair skills, and a team‑oriented approach. The successful candidate will contribute immediately while continuing to grow within a high‑accountability maintenance culture.
This position includes extensive overtime opportunities, a strong benefits package, and structured 30, 60, and 90‑day reviews, followed by annual performance evaluations.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Rate: $20–$25/hour (~62,000 to $80,000 annually)
Shift Differential: $1/hour (night shift)
