Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing and firefighting.
- Develop coordination drawings integrating architectural structural and MEP services to ensure clash‑free installation on site.
- Review design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance and constructability.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams and other draftsmen to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain version control of drawings and ensure timely submission of updated layouts.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to company drafting standards and UAE/GCC authority regulations.
- Modify and update drawings based on site instructions, RFIs and mark‑ups from the engineering team.
- Support site execution teams with necessary technical drawing inputs and clarifications.
