Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize existing products and develop new ones, from conceptualization to production. Provide technical expertise in decision making and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. In addition, mentor less experienced associates, fostering their professional development and strengthening the capabilities of the team.
