Job Description
Provide strategic & operational leadership to all Lam sites within the region & ensure execution at all levels of APAC team.
Support day-to-day regional security operations including access control, surveillance systems, security incident management & security force performance.
Optimize the relationship between regions and the wider physical security team ensuring each office's maturity follows a global “best practice” standard.
Develop & maintain physical security guidance & processes, standardize and support regular and ongoing site assessments to identify threats & vulnerabilities.
Drive physical & cyber convergence opportunities and be curious about the AI revolution and bring initiatives to implement AI into program.
