Position Title: Sr Mgr Seasons Growth Strategy Position Location: Hershey, PA/Remote * Summary:* The portfolio architect will have primary responsibility for shaping multi-year growth visions across seasons and crafting annual operating growth algorithms to deliver top and bottom-line growth. * Responsibilities:* 1. 3Y Growth Vision: Establishes and socializes a 3Y growth vision across seasons that defines where to play and how to win – grounded in consumer insights, cultural relevance, portfolio strengths, and financial ambition. 2.
