This Senior Manager will lead the Talent Experience Design for Amazon Entertainment. This is a player-coach role for a builder - someone who can set strategic direction, design world-class experiences, manage a team or 4-5, and personally facilitate when needed.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our program portfolio while partnering closely with senior Entertainment leaders and HR Business Partners to identify emerging needs and architect new solutions.
The right leader for this role believes that leadership development should be bold, creative, and business-critical — never generic or off-the-shelf. You think in systems, obsess over participant experience, and measure what matters.
