**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under physician's orders. Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.
Every day you will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs of physically disabled patients, then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills for in-home care. Excellent communication for patient education and a commitment to promoting independence and safety are essential.
+ Appropriately assesses patients of varying diagnoses & disorders requiring Occupational Therapy according to established guidelines. Age range treated includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, & geriatric. Staff will be assigned only age ranges fo...
