II. ROLE SUMMARY
The FWA Capability Building is a strategic and execution-oriented role responsible for training sales team related to training analysis, sales development, sales program, sales journey effectiveness, sales budget & including vendor management. He/she is bridging the gap between sales program and policy to regional implementation. This position will lead the Capability Building (CB) sales execution for all Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) initiatives, ensuring seamless sales program & incentive launches across all Circles/Regions.
