Job Summary:
The Senior Officer – Home Installation & Infrastructure is responsible for ensuring the successful installation, activation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of fiber optic and FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) networks. The role supports end-to-end customer connectivity by performing home installations, troubleshooting service issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service quality and SLA achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Home Installation
- Perform end-to-end internet and WiFi installations at customer premises.
- Install and configure fiber optic connections, including cable pulling to customer locations.
- Configure and activate modems, ONTs, routers, and IPTV services.
- Conduct connection testing and internet speed verification to ensure service quality.
