The Sr Chiller Engineer is a strategic role responsible for driving site-wide operational excellence, continuous improvement, and capital project execution. RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead Lean Manufacturing deployment across the plant using tools such as 5S, SMED, Standard Work, Kaizen, and Visual Management.
