Job Summary
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be an on‑site member of our payroll team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process end‑to‑end payroll cycles (weekly and bi‑weekly), ensuring accuracy and timely release of payments.
- Maintain and update payroll data in TRESS, ensuring data integrity and correct processing of all payroll incidences.
- Calculate overtime, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR, FONACOT).
- Manage employee movements including hires, terminations, and salary changes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and process terminations, settlements, and final payments in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Analyze payroll data, prepare reports, and reconcile TRESS system information with accounting records.
