People Analytics Consultant will be a key role working across Human Resources and with key business stakeholders to facilitate discussions on data needs, guide analytical efforts, and translate findings into presentations and recommendations that drive action. Responsibilities Facilitate Data‐Driven Thinking – partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand workforce‐related priorities, translate needs into data questions and analytical projects, and support post‐analysis action planning and recommendations. Lead Deep Dive Analyses – manipulate, integrate and transform data through a variety of tools to determine trends, address hypotheses and create new data collection channels (e.g., external sources, research, surveys).
