Sr. Performance Creative Designer (Full-Time)
- Location: hybrid in NYC; 3x a week
- Company: consumer tech startup (furniture, home goods)
- Salary: $115K - $140K base
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS *
- Proven experience designing high-performing paid assets across Meta, TikTok, and/or Pinterest, with a portfolio of relevant work
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles + creative testing methodologies; able to translate insights into iterative creative concepts
- Comfort working fast-paced startup environment and excited to build
