Amazon Shipping is building Amazon's next $100B business—making the logistics capabilities that power millions of Amazon deliveries available to any shipper, anywhere. That means launching new services, entering new customer segments, and scaling operations across geographies at a pace that matches the ambition. Each of these moves requires someone who owns the end-to-end delivery across a dozen teams that don't report to them.
As a Sr. Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives, you lead high-priority programs from definition through launch. You figure out how a new capability actually works across operations, technology, sales, finance, and support. You write the requirements, build the plan, identify what will go wrong, and hold teams accountable to delivering for shippers.
