Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of piping layouts, isometrics, and specifications ensuring adherence to project standards and client requirements.
- Perform hydraulic calculations and pipe stress analysis using software such as Caesar II to ensure integrity and efficiency of piping systems.
- Review and approve vendor drawings and documentation for piping components, valves, and equipment guaranteeing compliance.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in piping design and engineering within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CADWorx, and Caesar II.
- Relevant certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
