The Senior PMO Lead is responsible for owning enterprise project delivery, PMO governance, and execution enablement in support of the organization's strategic framework and goals.
This role combines senior project leadership, people and vendor management, and PMO governance ownership, while also serving as the primary operational assistant and execution partner to the Group Vice President, Operations Excellence & Transformation.
The Senior PMO Lead ensures that strategic initiatives are well-designed, properly prioritized, consistently executed, and operationally adopted.
While scaling delivery capacity without diluting discipline or overloading executive leadership.
