Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process optimization and continuous improvement for HHT assembly and sub‑assembly manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and technology‑driven manufacturing excellence while mentoring engineers and technicians.
What You'll Do
- Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes to meet FPY, Final Yield, and quality targets
- Provide hands‑on technical support for machines, processes, and production lines
- Lead process improvement, cost reduction, Kaizen, and Value Creation initiatives
- Support SPR and NMR runs, including qualification and release of new processes, equipment, and systems
