Responsibilities
- Engineering Change Management for Buyouts – Responsible for assessing, processing, and approving ECN buyouts within TeamCenter and JDE. Ensure all engineering changes are executed with accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.
- Engineering Change and Quality Management Support – Generate and distribute ECN letters to suppliers, ensuring timely notification of design changes. Create PPAP and Waiver requests for new or revised parts, guiding suppliers through approval phases to ensure compliance with design specifications. Verify that all ECNs submitted in Team Center include valid Commodity Codes and Commodity Families prior to approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation.
- Supplier Portal Management – Ensure all relevant suppliers are fully trained on the Supplier Portal, achieving 100% proficiency in submitting, tracking, and managing transactions. Provide concise summary updates to the POC ...
