The Sr. Product Manager will spend the majority of their time partnering with supply chain operations teams (~60%) to gather requirements, understand warehouse workflows, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and product documentation, while acting as the primary business point of contact for prioritization and product direction. The remaining time (~40%) will be spent collaborating closely with engineering teams (tech leads and developers) to refine requirements, support development, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. This individual will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a net-new, web-based warehouse product, including backlog management in Jira, creating process flows and system diagrams in Lucidchart, and supporting hands-on functional testing.
